Perennia Food and Agriculture Inc. proudly presents the coolest webinar series of this winter! Neslihan Ivit, Winemaking & Innovation Specialist, and Francisco Diez, Viticulture Specialist, will be hosting 5 sessions about grape and wine growing in cool climate regions, as in the case of Nova Scotia.
Experts in their fields, speakers
from Ontario, British Columbia, Germany, Italy and South Africa will be joining
us to share their research and experiences.
From Grapes to
Wines: Cool Climate Webinars will take
place starting from January 13 until January 27, 2022. It will be a great
opportunity to get more insights from the experts on sustainable viticulture, vine
pruning and trunk diseases, identification of wine yeast populations,
malolactic fermentation and flash-détente technology, all with a focus on cool
climate wine growing.
Each session will take place in
Zoom, registration is free, but will be required to attend these
sessions.
